Transportation

If your attendees are traveling nationally by air, you will find that Minneapolis/Saint Paul is within four hours of any city in the United States. Named one of the “Most Passenger Friendly” airports by the International Air Transportation Association, Minneapolis/Saint Paul International Airport is used by 35 million people each year and is considered the sixth busiest in the country.

Airlines flying into MSP include: Air Tran, American, America West, Continental, Delta/Northwest, Frontier, Southwest, Sun Country, United, US Airways. Regional airlines include: Comair, Mesaba and Skywest.

Travel to the Twin Cities by automobile is also easy with Interstate Highways that run north-south and east-west respectively.

Getting Around

Upon landing at Minneapolis/Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), delegates are just 10 minutes from downtown St. Paul and Saint Paul Meeting Center, and 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. In St. Paul, delegates can travel through the Saint Paul Skyway System, which connects the two Saint Paul Meeting Center hotels to shopping, dining and numerous local attractions.

From suggesting great menus to reserving that all-important suite for the company president, our convention services team will ensure every step down to the smallest detail will be treated with care. Led by John Kieser CMP, Director of Convention Services, the convention services team will carefully attend to your needs for hotel rooms, meeting space, catering, technology services and entertainment.

Housing Services

Saint Paul Meeting Center offers online housing program tools for your meeting, convention or event, including PASSKEY, an Internet-based program that streamlines the process of managing group room blocks and handling hotel reservations before and after the meeting cut-off date. In addition to accessing this tool for easy monitoring, you will work closely with your Saint Paul Meeting Center group reservation coordinator, who will handle special requests and last-minute changes.
