Day 1

Major arrival: 500 guest rooms check-in

Storage: Judges Suite – 7 am. (24-hour hold)
Committee Meeting: State 3 – 10 am-3 pm (15 people, conference style)
Committee Meeting: Kellogg 2 – 10 am-3 pm (15 people, conference style)
Committee Meeting: Kellogg 3 – 10 am-3 pm (15 people, conference style)
Board Luncheon: Mississippi Garden Court West – 12-1 pm (45 people, rounds of 8)
Board Meeting: Kellogg 1 – 3-6 pm (45 people, U shape)
General Session: Minnesota Ballroom – 1-5 pm (750 people, classroom)
Vendors Set-Up: Capitol Ballroom – 1 pm (24-hour hold)
